I am glad you have put your trust in me. It is a great responsibility to protect your privacy and the data that you have entrusted to me. On this page you can read which data I collect, why I collect it and how I use it to enhance your visit to my sites. That way it becomes clear how I work.

This privacy policy is for all services on the following sites: Marketingcounsellors and SafeHavenOnlineTherapy. I am not responsible for the privacy policies of other webistes and sources.

Offer services on my sites
When you sign up for one of my services I will only ask for necessary personal data. That data will be used to perform the service. And they will be kept at:
In case of sign up for a newsletter: Active Campaign. Active campaign also uses a cookie that keeps track of which pages you have looked at on my website. Through this I can better determine which of my services would interest you.
If you fill in a contact form I will send you a reply through a secured email program. And if I must keep data to follow up it will be on an encrypted USB stick.
I will not combine this data with other personal data. And I will only use the data for the goal they are intended for.

With our permission I will use Facebook cookies to show you ads that are relevant to you. [Facebook custom adience, Facebook impressions and Facebook Pixel]

Examples of data I may ask for and collect: your first name and email address if you download a free product, your billing information if you buy a service or product, your email address and name when you fill in the question form.
If you enter into a coaching or counselling relation with me I will need to keep some more personal data, enough so we can work well together. I will keep that data away from my computer on a protected USB stick as long as my professional body and insurance company indicate.


When you send me an email or other messages, it is possible that I will keep those for a while. I may ask you for relevant personal data.
If you have given me explicit permission, then I will send you my newsletter in set times. These will contain valuable substantive articles and information and will inform you about new products and services.
You can decide to unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time. I use third party services that respect all European and other local regulations.


I collect data for research to gain a better insight into my customers so that I can tailor my services accordingly.
My websites uses cookies [ small text files placed on your computer) to help analyze how users use my sites. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website can be transferred to my own secure servers or secure third-party servers. [namely google analytics]
I use this information to see how my websites have been used, and tailor it to offer other services that can be of use to you.
The Social Media buttons on my website also collect cookies when you click on them.


I do not collect information for other purposes than the goals that have been stated in this privacy policy unless I have asked you for permission beforehand.

The information will not be shared or sold on to third parties.
Some people do need access to some of my data [this will never be confidential data]. These people have signed a processing agreement with me which entails that they can’t share this information with others.

This privacy statement is tailored to the use of and the possibilities on these sites. Any changes to these sites may lead to changes in this privacy statement. It is therefore advisable to consult this privacy statement on a regular basis. At the top you will see the date of the most recent update.

Choices to change your personal data and/or unsubscribe from my newsletters
It is possible to unsubscribe yourself from my mailing lists.
On request I can also show you which data is stored by me and this data can be removed from my files if you want.

Turn off cookies
Most browsers have cookies on as their standard setting, but you can change your browser settings to refuse cookies or to show you when a cookie is being generated. But if you do that it is possible that some functionality and -services, on my and other websites, won’t function correctly anymore if you turn off cookies in your browser.
